NEW CLIENTS
Credit card will be required by all new clients in order to book an appointment. A deposit of 50% of your service must be provided. Appointment will not be booked until deposit is paid. Deposit will go towards your total service but will not be refunded if late 10+minutes or appointment no show. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours or else appointment time will be forfeited.
LASH FILLS FROM OTHER TECHS
I do not perform fill services on work that was not done with M Lash Studio (No Exceptions). Clients requesting such will be subject to a Removal & Full Set service upon first visit.
LATE | CANCELATION POLICY
If either of the below occur, M Lash Studio holds the right to have clients prepay for any future appointments.

Courtesy texts would be appreciated if running late
Arriving 10 mins late or more will forfeit your appointment and have to be rescheduled
Time is valuable and I want to be sure to provide the best service possible in the allotted time. It also wouldn’t be fair to clients scheduled after if they were pushed back
REDO | REFUND
At M Lash Studio, the goal is to have each client satisfied with the services provided. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately to help remedy the situation. Please notify us no later than 3 days to properly address any issues as lashes naturally have shedding phases. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we do not offer refunds on services performed.
